Smart Job Strategies
The creation of a job search strategy is one of the most important steps a job seeker can undertake to secure employment. Without a plan there is no direction. A job search strategy is a carefully planned approach that provides direction on finding the occupation that complements your values, interests, skills, and personality or behavior traits. A strategy gives ‘feet’ to your job search.
There is not one set job search strategy. A strategy can be comprised of a broad spectrum of tasks and activities. The important point is that you have a strategy and are following a plan. It will improve your chances of landing a successful job or career.

Hiring me is fun, too” — and then provided a link to Bronstein’s website. A few months (and only six dollars) later, Brownstein was employed by top-advertising firm Young & Rubicam. MORE
