Larry Goldsmith, CWDP, P.E.T., is the spirit behind the Jaazle program.   All told, Larry has worked with over 20,000 job seekers and those searching for a career direction.    Larry is committed to providing leadership on developing job search strategies and techniques.  Larry believes that everyone has the talent given the opportunity.  The power of his seminars, lectures and instructional programs offer participants the tools to achieve positive transformation by unlocking their potential and strengthening their abilities to deal with the sweeping changes encompassing employment and job security in today’s economy.   

Larry teaches Career and Life Planning at a respected college on Florida’s Gulf Coast. 

 

  5545703194..and Lori Goldsmith, SPHR, an HR Generalist and strategic business partner [both to Jaazle and Tomlin Tested Staffing], is the talent.  At the time when my manager first asked me if would mind going into HR for the summer, I could not think of a fate worse than death. UGH!! I just smiled and said, “No problem.”  Six months later, I was managing the department.  Thousands of placements later, working with job seekers from entry level to executives is the most rewarding career for me.  It is my version of social work.  I love what I do and feel that I am giving back to my community every day.
