Lori Goldsmith, SPHR, GPHR is an HR Generalist and strategic business partner [both to Jaazle and Tomlin Tested Staffing].  At the time when my manager first asked me

if would mind going into HR for the summer, I could not think of a fate worse than death. UGH!! I just smiled and said, “No problem.”  Six months later, I was managing the department.  Thousands of placements later, working with job seekers from entry level to executives is the most rewarding career for me.  It is my version of social work.  I love what I do and feel that I am giving back to my community every day.   Lori’s blog, HeartofHR, is about HR, Job Seekers, Tai Chi and anything she is inspired to write about.
